HOW CAN WE USE VOICETHREAD IN THE CLASSROOM?

 

Well, I think that we can use VoiceThread in the classroom when we have beginners. VoiceThread is a very good tool to make presentations where we can upload music, images and our own voice when commenting on something. It is a very good way for the students to practice their Engish by writing and recording their voices and then lsten to themselves and check their mistakes.

We can use VoiceThread by having presentations due to the fact that there are some students that are visual it is good for them because by looking at the images they will remember more about the topic they are studying.

There are some other students that learn by listening to something and this is a very good tool for them because they can listen to some important information in a class and learn more.

If a teacher has the necessary resources in a class to teach with VoiceThread I would recommended it, it is a very good tool to use in a classroom.

Having the opportunity of choosing between prezi and power point, I prefer power point up to now because I do not know much about prezi. What I just know about prezi is that it is very interesting because it is an updated tool that many students can use nowadays in order to have a very good and funny presentation.
I´m use to using power point rather than prezi.
I think that using power point is very nice because with that presentation you do not need to use the internet unless you have a hyperlink in which you are going to be connected but if you use prezi you will need to have an internet connection and you will also have to download the presentation.
All I can say is that using both of them have their advantages and disadvantages.
